I accept RAW files. TIFF, PSD and JPG are fine too as long as they are high-resolution.
For restoration services I accept original photos, negatives, or transparencies for scanning. Originals are stored in archival sleeves and returned as soon as possible.

I deliver flattened TIFF, PSD or JPEG files. I do not provide layered PSD files. Layered files and PSD's developed and created by Pale Blue Pencil in connection with the Services are confidential work, product of Pale Blue Pencil, and shall not be delivered.

WeTransfer (my preference), Dropbox, e-mail, Google Drive.

I do my best to provide same day image reviews and project estimates. After image review and estimate is complete and approved, I work to get retouched previews to you as soon as possible. Final retouched files will be delivered in the time frame discussed, which is USUALLY FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS, after estimate approval. Turnaround is subject to Client cooperation and availability of Client to review proofs in a timely manner. Turnaround may also change due to workload. Rush services are available for an additional charge.

Rush services (same day and off-hour turnaround) are available for an extra charge. Same day turnaround is a 200% rush charge. Two (2) day turnaround is 100% rush charge.

I deliver a proof for each image retouched. After delivery of proofs, one round of minor changes is provided at no additional cost. Additional revisions are invoiced at an hourly rate.

Rates are either per hour or per image depending on complexity and image quantity. As each project has it own set of needs it is best if you contact me for rates. To get an estimate for your project, please email JPG images and instructions to: hello@palebluepencil.com.

Full payment is due upon delivery of invoice. I send invoices with links payable online via Paypal or Stripe. All rates are in $USD.

WA State residents/companies will be charged WA State Sales Tax 10.1%.
